30 days try it and love it guarantee
We hope that you will love Tanrevel PRO as much as we do, but if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept and refund the kit. Please read the following instructions before you proceed.
The Try it and Love it Guarantee is only eligible for the Tanrevel PRO kit. (The guarantee does not apply to bundles including the PRO kit)
You have 30 calendar days to return the kit from the date you received it.
We charge a 6 € return fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Only articles that are purchased from our website are eligible for return. Should you have bought it from one of our retailers, please contact them for further information.
1. Contact us and request return
Find your order number in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
Contact us through the contact form with your order number and details about which products you would like to return.
We will then send you a return form that you have to fill out, and a return label for you to attach on your package.
2. Package and condition of the article
Pack the item/items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials that you received from us.
Please remove any liquids e.g. refills for recycling before sending the package back to us.
If you receive a gift with the purchase, this product must also be returned to us upon return. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund of your order
Use the return label that we provided and attach it to the package. Hand in the package at a DHL pick up point.
Once we have received your items, a refund will be initiated. They way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days. Please contact your bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid through another payment processor (e.g. Klarna, PayPal), refunds will be processed according to the policies of that provider. Please inquire with the payment provider you use when the credit will be posted to your account.
Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return. If it's been longer than this, please contact customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop of slip. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as gift givings holidays and sales) it can take a little longer.
