Return and Refunds
We hope that you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept and refund items that are in original condition. Please read the following instructions before you proceed.
Standard return policy
You have 14 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it. Find more information about this in our Terms and Conditions here.
We charge a 6 € return fee that will be deducted from your refund.
It is important that you check your order when you receive your goods. If the products are faulty or damaged, you have to contact us immediately so that we can help you with this.
At the moment, we do not offer an exchange service. You are welcome to place a new order on the product you want and return the undesired one.
Only articles that are purchased from our website are eligible for return, should you have bought it from one of our retailers, please contact them for further information.
For returns of bundles like our Must Have and Ultimate Tanning kits, you have to return all of the products in the bundle. It is not possible to do a partial return of these.
1. Contact us and request return
Find your order number in the order confirmation you received when you placed your order.
Contact us through the contact form with your order number and details about which products you would like to return.
We will then send you a return form that you have to fill out, and a return label for you to attach on your package.
2. Packaging and condition of the article
Pack the item/items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials that you received from us.
Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can issue a full refund.
The item must be returned with unbroken packaging and in otherwise unused and undamaged condition.
Items returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.
If you receive a gift with the purchase, this product must also be returned upon return. In the event that the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund of your order
Use the return label that we provided and attach it to the package. Hand in the package at a DHL pick up point.
Once we have received your items, a refund will be initiated. They way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days. Please contact your bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid through another payment processor (e.g. Klarna, PayPal), refunds will be processed according to the policies of that provider. Please inquire with the payment provider you use when the credit will be posted to your account.
Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return. If it's been longer than this, please contact customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop of slip. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as gift givings holidays and sales) it can take a little longer.
